Our online store is owned and operated by Juve Ltd. This privacy policy describes what personal information we collect and how we use it.

Routine Information Collection


All web servers track basic information about their visitors. This information includes, but is not limited to, IP addresses, browser details, timestamps and referring pages. None of this information can personally identify specific visitors to this site. The information is tracked for routine administration and maintenance purposes.

Cookies and Web Beacons

Where necessary, Juve uses cookies to store information about a visitor’s preferences and history in order to better serve the visitor and/or present the visitor with customized content. Advertising partners and other third parties may also use cookies, scripts and/or web beacons to track visitors to our site in order to display advertisements and other useful information. Such tracking is done directly by the third parties through their own servers and is subject to their own privacy policies.

Controlling Your Privacy

Note that you can change your browser settings to disable cookies if you have privacy concerns. Disabling cookies for all sites is not recommended as it may interfere with your use of some sites. The best option is to disable or enable cookies on a per-site basis. Consult your browser documentation for instructions on how to block cookies and other tracking mechanisms.

Terms of Registration / Purchase

When you register on Juve, you agree to have your email added to our database. You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time. When you place an order, you agree to allow your postal information to be passed to Courier Post for the purposes of fulfilling your order. We may also pass on your phone number on odd occasions where we feel it could help your Courier deliver your parcel safely.

Additional Information

We may occasionally request additional information from you such as a copy of your ID. This is so that we can investigate payments that have been flagged as suspicious. You may decline this request but we reserve the right to cancel your order if we don’t feel sure that the payment was legitimate.

Returns and Exchanges

We want you to love everything you buy from our online store, so please do not hesitate to contact us with any problems. If your item arrives broken or faulty, please contact us within 10 days of purchase. We will offer the option of a full refund or replacement if the item has arrived faulty. Unfortunately we can not guarantee a refund of the cost of posting your items back to us but may offer this at our discretion. Please note that if you are wishing to return a product, we will issue you with a store credit. Please keep all original packaging if there is an issue with your order. If you receive an incorrect item, please do not open or use it, we can not process returns on used items. If you wish to cancel an order before it is shipped, please email or phone us. If we are able to catch it in time, we can issue a store credit for the value of the order. Unfortunately orders that are already with the Courier can not be canceled. Please note also that colours shown are an indication only and often appear different between different computers & phones. Please let us know if you think an image or swatch is inaccurate.

Processing Your Order

Please allow us between 3 and 5 working days to process your order.

Shipping + Delivery

Please note that once your order is couriered, Juve is not responsible for the delivery. Delivery is not available to P.O. boxes so please arrange an alternative address if this is the case. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Be sure to check your Junk mail folder if not received or email us at rejuvenate@juve.co.nz. For international orders, please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery. This does not include the time that may be required for customs clearance. Juve has no control over any customs or import duties that could be levied when the package reaches your destination country. You are solely liable for these charges.

Stock Availability

All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available. We have a physical store which shares the stock inventory so if an item in our physical store is purchased and sold the same time an order for the item online is processed then the online item will not be available. In this case we will inform you as soon as possible and do our best to fulfil the order, cancel the order or help in any other way we can.

All prices on the Juve online store are given in New Zealand Dollars. We accept Visa and Mastercard payments – it’s fast, easy and secure.
