About the Role
As the face of Juve, you will be the first point of contact for all clients. Your role will be to welcome, support and guide clients through their journey with us, while keeping the frontof-house running smoothly.
Key responsibilities include:
Greeting clients with warmth and professionalism
Managing bookings, appointments and daily schedules
Recommending services, add-ons and retail products
Handling transactions and balancing daily takings
Supporting therapists throughout the day
Maintaining a calm, organised and luxurious environment
Using booking systems, payment tools and digital communication confidently
Deep diving into data and assisting with positive outcomes

Customer service focused — you naturally go above and beyond
Sales driven — comfortable recommending products and services
Tech savvy — confident with booking systems, online tools, and multitasking
Organised & proactive — you love keeping things running smoothly
Polished & professional — aligned with Juve’s luxury client experience
A people person — warm, friendly and confident in communicating
Experience in beauty or spa reception is a bonus, but not essential if you have strong customer service experience.
