Juve Skincare Studio & Medi Spa is Gisborne's home of results-driven skincare. We're looking for a friendly, organised Front of House Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients and help keep the clinic running each day smoothly.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Welcoming clients and creating a positive first impression

• Managing bookings, schedules and client records

• Answering calls and enquiries with confidence and professionalism

• Helping clients with treatment bookings, skincare recommendations and rebookings

• Presenting and maintaining our retail displays, including Environ, Jane Iredale and Pure Fiji

• Supporting the day-to-day running of the clinic, including opening, closing, payments and general administration

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• A friendly, professional and approachable person

• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

• Confidence recommending treatments, skincare and packages in a genuine, client-focused way

• Reliable, trustworthy and able to maintain client confidentiality

• Previous experience in reception, hospitality, retail or the beauty industry is an advantage, but not essential

• Someone who enjoys being part of a supportive team and takes pride in their work

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Beauty Therapist / Skin Therapist to join our award-winning team at Juve Skincare Studio. This is a key role within our clinic for someone who is confident, passionate about skin health, and highly skilled in delivering advanced, results-driven treatments.

About the Role

You’ll be responsible for delivering a wide range of high-performance skin, beauty and spa treatments, working with clients who are focused on real, visible results. You’ll be part of a supportive, forward-thinking team that values education, excellence, and client care at the highest standard.

You will bring experience in:

• Advanced skin treatments and skin consultations

• IPL / Laser treatments

• SkinPen / medical-grade microneedling

• Facial treatments and skin correction protocols

• Strong product and ingredient knowledge

• Confident client communication and treatment planning

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Fully qualified and experienced in advanced skin therapies

• Confident working independently with a strong treatment background

• Passionate about skin health and results-driven outcomes

• Professional, warm, and client-focused

• Keen to continue learning and developing advanced skills
